    In fact, Beacon boasts a customer satisfaction score that is far beyond the national industry average! Based on the survey results that we collected from over 1,000 policyholders representing 15 industries in our state, we have learned that the majority of respondents are extremely satisfied. In fact, 89% of Beacon policyholders are satisfied or extremely satisfied! This is above the 80% national Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score. It is also worth noting that according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Beacon is significantly higher than the big national carriers.

    In 2021, Beacon launched Voices of Beacon (VOB), an Employee Resource Group focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Our DEI committee achieves this by organizing events, fostering learning, engaging with the community, and creating safe spaces for open dialogues. VOB's mission is to leverage diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds to enrich our environment, ensuring that all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. This enhances our ability to serve customers and communities effectively.

    Other Beacon ERGs include committees on safety, vision & values, social activities, and health & wellness.

  • Inclusive Leadership Development: We are investing in leadership development programs that emphasize inclusive leadership practices. Our leaders are being equipped with the skills to lead diverse teams effectively and create an environment of respect and trust.

  • Community Engagement: Beacon believes in giving back to the communities we serve. Through volunteering, partnerships, and support, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact on underrepresented groups.
