His surprise at winning the award was genuine, with his tablemates nudging him to the stage to accept his well-deserved recognition.
With over three decades of expertise in workers' compensation, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Beacon Mutual. He began his career in the safety sector, aiding businesses in implementing measures to prevent workplace injuries. For the past 20 years, Todd has specialized in working closely with agents and policyholders to underwrite comprehensive policies that ensure the protection of businesses and their employees.

Todd's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Johnson & Wales University. His blend of practical experience and academic achievement allows him to navigate the complexities of the insurance industry effectively, contributing significantly to the success and safety of the businesses we serve.
