We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newest program, Premier Payroll Connections (PPC), as part of Beacon Pay As You Go. This exciting new program kicks off on November 1, 2023. Premier Payroll Connections  is designed to simplify the workers' compensation insurance payment process for policyholders who use certain payroll providers for their workers' compensation policy with Beacon.  This program may be a good fit for policyholders who currently self-report their payroll using Beacon Pay As You Go or that utilize the listed PPC payroll providers  and want to start on Pay As You Go.   

By adding Premier Payroll Connections for just $240 annually per FEIN of payroll, these policyholders can automate their payroll reporting and enjoy real-time reporting of payroll information.

With Premier Payroll Connections, manual data entry is eliminated and the risk of errors is minimized. This means that policyholders can focus on running their business instead of worrying about their workers' compensation insurance payments. How can policyholders get Premier Payroll Connections initiated on their PYG program?

To take advantage of this game-changing program, qualified policyholders simply need to contact their agent prior to their next renewal. Agents will coordinate with the Beacon underwriting team to initiate Premier Payroll Connections on their Pay As You Go program. In addition, PPC requires a $240 annual payment per FEIN of payroll to be paid via credit card.
