Agents and policyholders will be able to quickly connect to our safety team, contact the help desk, or ask about your workers’ comp insurance policy. We will continue to provide dedicated claims support so you can reach your assigned claims representative, or inquire about claim status. Select option 1 to reach the claims department. Our dial by name feature will save you valuable time! Now, in addition to entering your party’s phone extension, you can also connect by typing the first or last name.
