Beacon Mutual is proud to announce that on April 1, 2023, the Beacon Online University is upgrading to a new and improved learning management website! The new website is intuitive and easier to use for policyholders and their employees.
We're building on the existing benefits of the Beacon Online University, which includes a vast library of safety training courses and your management dashboard. All Beacon policyholders and TPA clients have access to our Beacon Online University - at no additional cost. This is a great way to engage your employees in safety and loss prevention training all in one place! Train your employees online - anytime, anyplace, any pace.

What to expect?
All active users in the current website will be automatically moved over to the new website. Activation emails will be sent on April 1, 2023 asking you to activate your upgraded account. The activation email link is good for five (5) days. If you do not activate your account in the five (5) days, your administrators can resend the email at any time.
All completed training records from the Beacon Online University will be automatically transferred to the new website during the month of March 2023. During this time, you will have read-only access to the old site if you need to access past training records.
Detailed information will be sent to existing Beacon Online University users prior to the site going live.
March 20th is the cut-off to create new Online University accounts in our existing website. Any courses now in progress should be completed before April 3rd to avoid losing course progress.
