On August 29th and 30th, Beacon Mutual hosted over 160 policyholders and agents at the Beacon Mutual Insurance Company in Warwick, RI to celebrate local companies with the 2017 Innovator Award for participating in the Stay-at-Work/Return-to-Work program in 2017.
Beacon’s Stay-at-Work/Return-to-Work program helps build a culture of commitment to a company’s most valuable resource -- the skills, knowledge, and experience of hard working employees. The program helps reduce workforce interruption by getting workers back to work on modified or light duty after an injury. By successfully implementing the program, companies can reduce costs associated with production loss and absenteeism all while managing overall workers’ compensation costs.
We would like to congratulate all of Beacon’s 2017 Innovator Award Recipients!
