Warwick, RI – The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company and the [Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA)](https://themassrest.org/) today announced the launch of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association Inc., Workers Compensation Program Sponsored by The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company, a new partnership designed to provide Massachusetts restaurant owners and operators with industry-focused workers' compensation coverage, safety resources, and financial rewards for maintaining safe workplaces.  

Through the Massachusetts Restaurant Association Inc., Workers Compensation Program Sponsored by The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company MRA members insured by Beacon Mutual may be eligible to participate in Beacon's [shared earnings dividend program](https://info.beaconmutual.com/beacon-mutual-mra-partnership). Businesses that demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and effective claims management may earn a dividend on their workers' compensation premium, creating a direct financial incentive for building safer workplaces and reducing injuries. The program also provides access to Beacon's workers' compensation expertise, educational resources, and responsive service tailored to the hospitality industry.

The partnership will include educational opportunities, safety and training content, member communications, webinars, industry events and other resources designed for Massachusetts restaurant owners and operators. Beacon Mutual will also collaborate with insurance agents who serve the hospitality industry to expand awareness of the program and support participating businesses.
